Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The referral scheme is exclusively available to existing clients of NuChart Limited ("the Company").
1.2. The referred business must be a new client and must not have previously engaged with the Company’s services.
1.3. Both the referrer and the referred business must be based in the UK.

2. Referral Rewards
2.1. For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, provided that the referred business remains a client for at least 30 days.
2.2. The referred business will receive a £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card upon successfully signing up for a package.
2.3. The referred business must enrol in a monthly or annual package of any tier.
2.4. There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make. Multiple rewards may be earned for each successful referral.
2.5. If the referred business cancels within 30 days of signing up, neither the referrer nor the referred business will receive a reward.

3. Issuance of Rewards
3.1. Gift cards will be issued 30 days after the referred business has successfully signed up.
3.2. Rewards will be sent via email to the address registered with the Company.
3.3. The referred business’s payments must be up to date at the time the reward is issued.

4. Compliance & Fraud Prevention
4.1. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and may withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.2. The Company conducts Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4.3. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals made under different details by the same individual will not qualify for the reward.

5. General Terms
5.1. This referral offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.

5.4. By participating in the referral scheme, both the referrer and the referred business agree to these Terms & Conditions.
